These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the f baazi platform and all its related services. When you use this website, open an account, or use any of our services, you are agreeing to all the terms set out below. f baazi reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to both the f baazi website and mobile application. "User" or "you" means any person who accesses this platform or uses its services. 3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to f baazi immediately. f baazi will not be held responsible if you share your password with others.

f baazi currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be delayed until the wagering requirement is met.

All bonus offers on f baazi are subject to specific conditions. No bonus may be treated as direct cash — wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500 — and to unlock the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

f baazi offers various promotions each week, including weekly deposit festivals, slot bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and validity period. f baazi reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonuses, manipulating betting patterns, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the relevant account being closed, and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

All betting and gaming activities on f baazi are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• f baazi will not be held liable if any bet is affected by an internet connection failure.
• The outcome of any game is determined by an independent, machine-operated Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Results for sports betting will be determined according to the applicable sports rules.

f baazi's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on the weekly net loss.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for that week. For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent activity on the platform and evaluation by f baazi. f baazi reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f baazi platform:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to place bets.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or using fraudulent tactics.
• Operating an account using another user's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors on f baazi to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the permanent closure of the account, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

f baazi provides its services on an "as is" basis. f baazi will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by third-party software or network issues.
• Bets cancelled due to technical errors (in such cases, only the original stake will be refunded).
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Service delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
